GW classes canceled; administrative and academic offices closed on March 5

GW classes are canceled, administrative and academic offices are closed, and activities and events will not take place on Thursday, March 5 at all of our Washington metropolitan area campuses and locations because of inclement weather throughout the region.

When the university declares a change to its operating status, employees classified as Designated On-Site are required to report to and/or remain at work, employees classified as Essential are generally expected to telecommute, and employees classified as Non-Essential are not required to work unless directed to do so by a supervisor.

Welcome to the 2015 Benefits Open Enrollment season! Open Enrollment begins on October 1 and closes October 31, 2014.

Please take some time to review the tools and resources available including benefit guides, contribution information and enrollment instructions for 2015 Open Enrollment.  Please select from the following groups:

The Open Enrollment period is your once a year opportunity to review the various benefits the university offers and to change your benefit selections for the upcoming year. You can add or remove benefits, dependents, amounts of insurance, and more. Any changes requested to your health and welfare plans after the open enrollment period will require a Qualified Life Event (QLE) such as changes in marital status, birth, spouse’s work status or coverage, etc. Remember, you can enroll in or change your Retirement Plan deferrals at any time.
