Tuition Exchange

The university is part of a national organization that administers tuition scholarships for employees of member colleges and universities. The university’s agreement with the Tuition Exchange Program, Inc. (TE) will permit four to six students each year to enroll in baccalaureate degree programs at participating institutions throughout the country.

The TE Policies & Procedures (PDF) outlines eligibility, scholarship and benefits details, and the selection process. To be considered for the Tuition Exchange Program, you must have four years of continuous employment in a regular full-time or part- time benefit eligible position prior to the close of the Tuition Exchange preliminary application period.

TE preliminary applications for academic year AY 2018-2019 are no longer be accepted. TE preliminary applications for academic year 2019-2020 will be announced next year.
