Annual Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment 2018, October 9-27, 2017

2018 Open Enrollment – Action Required

Welcome to Open Enrollment, your annual opportunity to revisit and refresh your benefits elections. This year’s open enrollment period begins on Monday, October 9, 2017, and closes at 8 p.m. EST on Friday, October 27, 2017. During this time, you may add or drop coverage for eligible dependents and/or make changes to the following benefits elections:

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • Insurance – life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) and disability
  • Legal
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) – including Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Dependent Day Care FSA (DCFSA)*
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

Changes cannot be made outside of the three-week open enrollment period unless you experience a qualified life event (e.g., change in marital status, birth or adoption of a child, change in spouse’s work status or coverage, etc.). If you choose not to take action, your existing coverage options will “roll over” into the next year with the exception of the flexible spending accounts*. By taking the time to reflect on your existing plan(s) and review your options, you will find comfort in knowing that you have chosen the right plan for you and your family.

*Please note: Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) and Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) options do NOT roll over and require you to re-enroll.

Ready to enroll? Beginning October 9, 2017, the link below will direct you to the EasyEnroll system where you can review your current elections and make any necessary changes for 2018. Step-by-step instructions for using the EasyEnroll system may be found here (coming soon).
